Box of Love by Panda Cupcakes (Review)

I hope, wish and pray that whoever is reading this post must be having a great day. So the month of love is here and I hope that you all have some great plans for this month. Although I’m not a fan of “Valentine’s Day” nor I really care about it. But yes I do believe in love and I think there’s no harm in telling your loved ones that they are really special for you. Don’t you think that we have lots of beautiful relations in our life? Like mom, dad, brother, sister or your best friend? Don’t you think that they all are special for us? We usually take these relations for granted and never actually realize that how important they are. So why not do something different for them and thank them for being a beautiful part of our life? I believe the best way to show your love and gratitude is to share happiness in the form of something sweet. As in our country we celebrate and enjoy every happy and special moment with something “MEETHA”. And this time let’s try something different from that traditional “Gulab Jamun” and “Rass Malai”? Like what about sharing some cupcakes with your loved ones? As there is no particular language of love. It’s always just sweet. So I think the sweetness of some yummy cupcakes, is enough so bring that big smile on someone’s. For me sharing cupcakes means sharing love. Few weeks ago, I received a box of love from an amazing baker (as shown in the picture below). I will surely tell you in detail about this mail which I got from “Panda Cupcakes” but before that let me give you a brief introduction of them.

Introduction of Panda Cupcakes:

“Panda Cupcakes” is a Lahore based online bakery. The first thing I love about this bakery is its name. And their signature product is their special “Panda Cupcakes” which are so cute. You can enjoy different types of cakes and cupcakes from this bakery and the great thing is that their prices are so reasonable. The face behind this lovely bakery is a 16 years old girl “Zareen Pirzada” who is the student of O-Levels. Surprised? I was also surprised to know that this girl is just 16 and a self-taught baker. Seriously when you will taste her cupcakes or cakes, then you will feel that she might be a professional baker. But that’s not true. She is basically a God Gifted person who is blessed with this talent of baking. Her aim is to share and spread happiness in form of something sweet and her inspiration was her grandma, who was the first person to teach her how to bake. And after that “Zareen” polished her skills by self-learning through YouTube and other such sources like magazines etc. She is a very talented person who get such perfection in her work at a very young age. Her passion and love for baking never gonna end and that day is not so far when we will see her name as a fine cake artist from Pakistan. And for that we all wish her best of luck.

In My Mail:

“Panda Cupcakes” sent me a lovely box of six scrumptious cupcakes for review (as shown in the picture below).

Being a food blogger I get lots of food mails for review and I have tasted many kinda cupcakes but the cupcakes which were sent to me by “Panda Cupcakes” were one of the best cupcakes I have reviewed so far.

The cupcakes were sent in a plain white box (as shown in the picture below).

The sticker of “Panda Cupcakes” was there on it with all the contact information (as shown in the picture below). So in other words the presentation was nice and decent.

Review of Cupcakes:

“Panda Cupcakes” sent me six yummilicious vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting. Although the frosting of two cupcakes was lil melted before they could reach me but overall the cupcakes were in perfect condition (as shown in the picture below).

On first bite I realized that the cupcake had all the qualities of a good cupcake. The sponge was great and not dry at all (as shown in picture below). It was so fluffy and soft.

You can never call a cupcake perfect if its sponge is too dry or too wet. And here I simply love the sponge. The vanilla flavor was not much intense because in some cases I have observed that people use strong flavors but that thing totally ruin the taste of cupcakes. But here the flavor was amazing with perfect sugar content, just the way I like it.

The size was perfect. It was neither too big nor too small (as shown in the picture below). And also they were so light. So you are not going to experience that typical heaviness which we usually observe after consuming bakery products. And obviously the credit goes to the baker for choosing best quality ingredients to bake these cupcakes. In other words the quality was superb.

The chocolate frosting was wow (as shown in the picture below). I’m a chocolate lover and anything with chocolate in it is always an attraction for me. And the chocolate frosting of these cupcakes was LOVE. It was simply best with perfect sugar content.

Like any other great frosting, this one was adding the perfect flavor and richness along with giving a beautiful yummy look to the cupcakes (as shown in the picture below).

Last but not the least, the oreo biscuits and rainbow sprinkles were making them even more attractive (as shown in the picture below).

In short they were perfectly made in terms of quality. From “Panda Cupcakes” you can get a box of these six vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting in just PKR 800/-

My Verdict:

I can hardly give a zero to a cupcake but these cupcakes from “Panda Cupcakes” made me their fan. Not only I love the taste and quality but also the service of “Panda Cupcakes” is very good. Personally “Zareen” is a very soft spoken person and she knows how to make people happy with her sweet treats, like she has some kinda magic in her hands. I totally love her cupcakes. They were tooooo good. If you are from Lahore and love to eat cupcakes then you mustttttt try them. I bet that you will order again and again and become a fan of them just like me. I can easily recommend “Panda Cupcakes” to all my friends, followers and family and I assure you that you gonna get the best cupcakes/cakes from them at lowest prices but without any compromise on the quality. I will rate their products as 5/5.
